Whether you’re getting married, welcoming a new child to your family, saying goodbye to a loved one, celebrating a life well-lived, or marking any other of life’s many transitions, we’d be honoured to help you plan a ceremony or celebration. As Unitarians, we are accustomed to integrating diverse traditions into ceremonies that express your values and uniqueness. We honour all faith and cultural traditions, and can incorporate meaningful rituals into your service.
Your ceremony can be held onsite in the North Shore Unitarian Sanctuary and Fireside Room, or offsite at a location that is especially meaningful to you, such as a private home, garden, park, waterfront, or anywhere else in the Lower Mainland.
Our provincially-licensed Lay Chaplain, Kathryn Nicholson, would be pleased to officiate your ceremony, if you wish. She will partner with you to create a transformative and memorable experience that reflects what is meaningful to you.
