MISSIOn
The mission of North Shore Unitarian Church is to empower people to live with greater depth, meaning and purpose. We welcome all to our caring community, foster spiritual growth free of dogma, and inspire actions in the service of life.
We are an intentionally diverse spiritual community that includes people of differing ages, races, economics, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Together, we grow spiritually, learn, serve and celebrate while creating more justice and love in our own lives and in the world.

To carry out our mission we offer a full range of programs including Sunday services, spiritual development opportunities for all ages, a full music program and much more.
We come together to explore important life questions and support each other in living with meaning and purpose—and we have a lot of fun along the way!
Unitarian Universalists (UU) balance reason and belief, intellect and intuition. We are committed to spiritual and ethical values, and our focus is on this world, this life. We seek to empower our members to live their values with integrity, to work for justice and peace in the world, and to respect the interdependent web of all existence of which we are a part.

Unitarian Universalism is an established international tradition that exists around the globe. Nationally, we are affiliated with the Canadian Unitarian Council (CUC), and internationally with the Unitarian Universalist Association (UUA).
We do not require allegiance to religious dogma for membership or participation. As we stand in wonder and awe before the beauty of our universe, we hope to do justice to this gift of life by learning to think and act well, to work for social justice, and to share with one another the insights and truths of our hearts.
