Pre-authorize the church to directly withdraw a specific amount from your bank account each month, and we take care of the rest!

Simply print the Pre-Authorized Payment Application HERE or using the button below, or find a printed copy on the foyer table. Fill out the form and return it to our Church Office.

On the form, you’ll indicate which of your bank accounts you want the funds to come from, the dollar amount, and the beginning and the starting and ending dates.
